Welcome Reception

We are delighted to offer our ICOT delegates a Welcome Reception on the opening day of the conference on June 24th. This Reception, which immediately follows after the Welcome Speeches, will be a great opportunity for all delegates to meet up and network with colleagues and other participants. Come and enjoy a special night including delicious snacks, wine, and many socialization opportunities!

 

Gala dinner (included in the fee)

On the evening of June 26th all delegates will be invited to a special Gala Dinner that will be held at the Hendon Hall Hotel. After two full days of conferencing, delegates will have the opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences in a collegial, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable atmosphere. A three course set meal will be served.

09:00 English speaking guide meets group at Middlesex University:

– Walking tour of Oxford

– Entry to Christ Church

– Transfer to Stratford upon Avenue

– Entry to Shakespeare’s birthplace

– Time to explore Stratford-Upon-Avon

18:00 Coach returns the group back

This tour takes delegates to England’s first University and one of its oldest and most attractive towns. On foot we will discover Oxford’s colourful past and present and visit Christ Church, the city’s most famous college! Our tour then continues to Stratford-upon-Avon, a picturesque town synonymous with William Shakespeare. After an exciting walking tour we will visit Shakespeare’s Birthplace, the house where the world’s most famous playwright was born and grew up.
